This Vancouver clinic is looking to have a Nurse Practitioner join their clinical team. As part of a multi-disciplinary approach to full-service family medicine, an interested NP would work collaboratively in the team environment and start their own patient panel as per Ministry requirements.

This will be a full-time or part-time salaried position. This clinic is excited to add to their team a Nurse Practitioner interested in working together to provide primary care for the surrounding community of patients. This initiative is part of Primary Care Networks (PCNs) evolving in Vancouver. NPs interested in this opportunity should be willing to work collaboratively and participate in PCN development in the community.

South Hill Family Health Centre, a clinic in the Cedar Cottage area, is looking to grow their team. They are a full-scope family practice that is supported by 2 nurse practitioners, a pediatrician, a gynecologist, and 5 MOA’s. The clinic has 15 exam rooms with 13 physicians working in the clinic. The clinic conducts appointments both virtually and in person. The patient population is full-scope, from newborn to elders in the community.
