This Vancouver clinic is looking to have a Nurse Practitioner join their clinical team. As part of a multi-disciplinary approach to full-service family medicine, an interested NP would work collaboratively in the team environment and start their own patient panel as per Ministry requirements.

This will be a full-time or part-time salaried position. This clinic is excited to add to their team a Nurse Practitioner interested in working together to provide primary care for the surrounding community of patients. This initiative is part of Primary Care Networks (PCNs) evolving in Vancouver. NPs interested in this opportunity should be willing to work collaboratively and participate in PCN development in the community.

ISS of BC Welcome Centre Clinic, a clinic in East Vancouver, is looking to grow their team. They are a full-scope family practice that is also supported by nurses, a counsellor, and a psychologist. The clinic has 5 exam rooms with 4 physicians working in the clinic. The clinic conducts appointments both virtually and in person. The Welcome Centre Clinic provides primary health care to the refugee and immigrant populations in Metro Vancouver, as well as to other members of the community.

Parking/Bike/Transit information: Easily accessed by transit, limited employee parking available
Languages: Translation services are available, however it would be an asset to be fluent in a second language such as Arabic, French, Spanish, Mandarin or Punjabi
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Other relevant information: The Immigrant Service Society of BC Welcome Centre is a regional service hub which provides transitional housing for refugee populations, as well as targeted services for newcomers to Canada all under one roof.
