The following is important information about your 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the board of directors election. The AGM is on Thursday October 19th at the H.R. MacMillan Planetarium Complex. The nominations window for the board of directors is between August 17th and September 11th. Board elections take place (through online voting) between September 28 and October 12.
