This online series connects team members working together in Primary Care Networks (PCNs). Join clinicians from the PCN Interprofessional Team (IPT) for the fifth session in this engagement series, diving deeper into how clinical counsellors and social workers would use a team-based care approach when working with patients experiencing intimate partner violence.
This event is open to physicians, nurse practitioners and registered nurses currently referring to the IPT.
